Megabass Valkyrie rods were designed specifically for Lake Biwa style fishing.  All of the Valkyrie rods are a Fiberglass/Carbon Fiber composite, which allows the rods to be more parabolic than traditional graphite, allowing anglers a much higher hook up and land ratio.  The Valkyrie series was designed to the same durability specs as the Destroyer T.S. series, making them excellent rods for heavy line and power fishing.  Each rod has an adjustable butt section, which allows anglers to shorten the rod for tighter roll casts and extend the rod for 2 hand casting in open water.
