The Daiwa Rebellion rods embody the idea of pushing outside of the norm. All models feature our Braiding-X technology to prevent torsion caused by casting and hooksets, and dramatically improve power, operability and sensitivity.

Equipped with Daiwa’s X45 Technology, these rods are designed using a 45 degree bias construction that prevents twisting of the blank for greater strength, sensitivity and hook setting power. In contrast to standard carbon rods, which have a higher resin content in the space between the carbon fibers, our HVF (High Volume Fiber) rods such as these are made of a carbon fiber compound with less resin. By reducing the amount of resin in the blank, the rods are lighter and more sensitive.

Adding to the list of high end technologies, the Rebellion rods feature Daiwa’s Air Sensor reel seat.
